I forgot to mention…I was called last night with yet another solo show on February 14th, Valentines Day.
Aws well as the performance at the Off Beat Music Awards on January 30th.

Ah, I had a great night’s sleep. The first time I slept past 6 in the morning in weeks with out a sleep aid.

I am up and getting ready for rehearsal, and Lucia will man the forts while I am gone.

It feels good to get back to life as I know it.

Ugly Shyla!!! I need you to pay a visit…You know who appears to be doing some naughty stuff. I don’t care to play that game but I want to send it all back. I don’t care to pay karmic debts for petty little gnats like her, but since all he negative crap is hers I feel it would only be right to give back to her what is rightfully hers.

It is really bad when a protection candle is completely gone vet starts a small infero, and is caught in time before it ignited anything else on my alter.

I spent the day going to the F&F, but I need a visit from you and your mother!

I guess since her lies and gossip trying to tell people I was a gun dealer and drug dealer didn’t work she is just grasping at straws. sad and pathetic. I just want it done with. I never have even met this girl face to face.

Most people don’t notice the change in my mannerisms with this mending bone. I am nearly completely functional now. I have a lot more healing to go, and I’m not pushing it too far too fast, but I am hoping my slow stretching and usage of the arm will keep me from being too stiff when the mending is complete. Some people have to go through physical therapy since the muscle is so stiff from not being used.

I look normal, hurt on occasion and am up and running.

This marks the first day of week 3.

I had 3 appointments today, only one actually showed up. The one that did was fun, I did piercing and flogging, teasing, and some other senses. Flogging used to look like a dance involving all my upper body, now I learn to limit my left side to not throw the bone and snap the healing.

I went and bought a couple of wigs today. I needed a treat. My wig shelf doesn’t have enough foam heads any more.

It has been over all a good day. Lucia and I just went to sushi and had a couple of margaritas before she went back home.

Woke this morning at about 4:45 to a call from an XBF. He is drunk and doesn’t want to drive home. He accidentally lets all the cats out, one actually came back in. I gave up on the rest and went back to bed. He slept on the futon. He left for work at 6 a.m.and I finally got all the cats back in.

I feel so groggy. I have slept a lot trying to be still and let the bone mend better.

Lucia will be by later.

I just had a friend in the scene give me a Jin Shin Jytsu session. It is kind of like a cross between accupressure and reiki. I am so thankful. It is meant to reduce pain and help in healing.

He gave me some instructions for how to do it on myself at home, and the things he was instructing were the exact things I was already doing. Just another case of higher self.

It’s actually chilly outside, lately it had been in the 70s all the time. We had all been wearing our shorts. I love the South, no winter.

I have been asleep most of the day because Lucia gave me the muscle relaxers she uses to sleep…I felt so groggy and heavy.
