Tonight I return to the stage with the Lil Beaux Peep Show-Burlesque Troup-New Orleans!

I am already trying on the outfit for any last minute additions, or subtractions and tweeking of the routine.
I am in 3 corsets, 3 pairs of panties, a bra, a dress, a skirt, and I’ll have 2 gloves and a pair of thigh high boots.
Starting the scene I might look a little bulky, but I like to layer it on so that I can have a lot more to tease with.

I will start the number singing “Fever” and end with a little flashing. I never go down past my corset and “boycuts”.

It has been 3 weeks since I was on stage! A day after the last time I performed I broke my collar bone. It made me really achy and sore at rehearsal on Thursday, but I am too stubburn to wait 5 more weeks to do the show.

The outer outfit is a nurse, and the first 2 corsets are leather with flames. One over bust, and one under bust.

I am next to do my “Poison Ivy”.

I was thinking yesterday of even more things to make for the show. I am thinking about making a huge die (singular of dice) to sit and strip on, and possibly a roulette wheel and large cards for a back drop, and doing a “Fool’s Paradise” number. Maybe dressed as a show girl. two layers of petti coats, in black and red, lavers of black and red clothes…the great thing about New Orleans is the endless supply of beads that can be used for tons of costumes.

I love planning these shows.
