I kind of concider just going to the Saint and the Half Moon as Staying home, since they are just a couple of blocks from my house. I went to the Bulldog to have a framboise with jacque-oh and matt (a friend I met on friendster.com that has moved next door to me).

Now, after we split one pitcher, we are back home for movies. I had cooked Matt and myself shrimp and linguini with vegetables, and jacque-oh says she is fasting because she wants to lose weight…inspite of my advice. Fasting only puts it back on and slows your metabolism. I told her to exercise with me and she said “No”.

She can take the quick and simple and I will exercise, well see which has the greater long term advantages. Muscle growth requires more calories and therefore raises metabolism, which means if your diet is average it will rely on your fat reserve. It also helps your body scult, and posture. It even helps the brain chemistry, reducing sleep disorders and emotional brain chemistry.

I am spending my days re-organising the house. I am spending my nights lately staying close to home. This place has been chaotic lately. I am sick of all the papers I need to organize.
I am sick of the confusion of my closets, I am sick of the disorder of my bathroom cabinet. The dungeon has even lost the organizing systems I had them under. Once it is re-organized I have to show Jacque the system so it can stay that way. I finally got all the lose cd cases in order, now I need to re-file all the cd’s that belong in the books. My desk is even out of order right now. It’s tedious.

I find that an orderly house really lifts my spirits. I want a steam cleaner in here. And this week we are getting anti-viral/germicidal cleansers like they use in hospitals to clean the house beyond the capabilities of bleach.

I am hopefully going to have this all done with in the next 2 days.

I have a new personal slave coming in for an overnight stay and the start of his training and preliminary arrangement before he is concidered for a full collaring. With Jacque around it free’s up more time to work on my personal slaves, and some of the other aspects of my little world. I even have been able to take some sessions with less notice.
